At Dievac Plastics our design process begins with understanding correctly our customer’s needs, effective and constant communication with our customer, during project development is essential to deliver the correct product for the right application as well as to permanently supply the best possible customer support.

Once initial concept is defined, we convert this idea into a computerized design.

Specific care must be taken to adhere to, and fulfill, our customer’s specifications and expectations.

This design will be used to create Prototype tooling, also known as  rapid tooling, is a method to create the tooling for thermoforming without the great expense or lead time required for the final mass production run.

We use some of the most advanced software available to achieve this goal, and digitally test the design for basic functionality and aesthetics.
